Standard Labor Contract

      아래 당사자는 다음과 같이 근로계약을 체결하고 이를 성실히 이행할 것을 약정한다.

11. 이 계약에 정함이 없는 사항은 「근로기준법」이 정하는 바에 의한다.   ※ 가사서비스업 및 개인간병인에 종사하는 외국인근로자의 경우 근로시간, 휴일․휴가 기타 모든 근로조건에 대해 사용자와 자유롭게 계약을 체결이 가능함.   ※ ｢근로기준법｣ 제61조의 농림, 축산, 양잠, 수산사업의 경우 동법상의 근로시간, 휴게, 휴일에 관한 규정은 적용받지 아니함.
11. Other matters not regulated in this contract will follow provisions of the Labor Standard Act.   ※ The terms and conditions of the labor contract for workers in domestic help and nursing can be freely decided through the agreement between an employer and a worker.   ※ In pursuant to the Article 61 of the Labor Standards Act, working hours, recess hours, off-days are not applied to agriculture, forestry, live-stock breeding, silk-raising farming and marine product businesses.
